Account and registration

Opening a bentuk account involves four steps. First, visit our bentuk registration page and enter your username, email, password, mobile number, and confirm you agree to our Terms & Conditions. Second, verify your email by clicking the link we send you; this typically takes a few minutes. Third, submit KYC documents (a copy of your ID and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement). Fourth, we review your documents within one business day and notify you by email when your account is approved.

Once approved, you can log in to bentuk, add a payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer), and start using our platform. Your account remains active as long as you comply with our terms and are in a supported jurisdiction.

If you forget your bentuk password, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Enter your email address or username. We'll send a password-reset link to your email. Click that link within 24 hours to set a new password. Make sure your new password is at least 8 characters and includes uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and a symbol.

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder. If the email still doesn't arrive, contact our bentuk support team via the Help section in your account, and we'll assist you within one business day.

You can request deletion of your bentuk account and associated personal data by logging in to your account, navigating to Settings > Account, and selecting "Request account deletion." Alternatively, contact our bentuk support team via the Help section and request to delete your account. Include your username and email so we can verify your identity.

We will close your account and delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or anti-money-laundering compliance. Some data (such as transaction history) may be retained in anonymised form for audit purposes. We'll confirm the deletion by email.

Note: account deletion is permanent. Your username cannot be reused, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Payments and transactions

Depositing via online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking on bentuk is straightforward. Log in to your bentuk account, go to the Cashier section, and select "Deposit." Choose your preferred payment method (local payment, online payment, or e-wallet). Enter the amount you want to deposit. You'll be redirected to the payment app where you confirm the transaction using your PIN or biometric. Once confirmed, the funds appear in your bentuk balance instantly.

We support mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet for e-wallet deposits. If you prefer bank transfer, select mobile banking or choose a bank (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or mobile banking) and follow the on-screen instructions to transfer funds to our account. Bank transfers typically appear within one to two hours on business days.

Withdrawal requests on bentuk undergo a standard review process to ensure compliance with our terms and anti-money-laundering regulations. After you submit a withdrawal request, our team reviews it within one to three business days. During this window, we verify that your account is in good standing, that your identity documents are valid, and that the withdrawal amount does not exceed your balance.

Once approved, we transfer the funds to your nominated payment method (e-wallet, bank account, or local payment). E-wallet withdrawals typically arrive within subject to verification; bank transfers may take an additional 1-2 business days depending on your bank. We'll send you email confirmation once your withdrawal is approved and again when the funds are sent.

If your withdrawal is delayed, contact our bentuk support team. Most delays are due to high withdrawal volume or bank processing times, not bentuk system issues.

Game rules and mechanics

Key rules include: (1) you are responsible for keeping your password secure and are liable for all activity under your account; (2) deposits are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law; (3) withdrawals are reviewed for compliance and may be delayed; (4) you must comply with your jurisdiction's laws; (5) we may close your account if you breach our terms or are in a prohibited jurisdiction.

bentuk occasionally offers promotional credits called free bets or free spins. Free bets are credits you can use on selected football markets or live-dealer games. Free spins are automatic plays on nominated slot games (such as Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, or Fortune Tiger).
